Phoenix will now offer a discretionary service whereby customers can have a piano delivered to their home free of charge for a two week trial period, where they may enjoy getting to know just how a piano sounds and feels in familiar surroundings.

We believe this is the best way for our clients to know that an instrument will meet their requirements.

Those who wish to purchase one of our fine instruments can opt to pay the balance at any point within the trial period for the listed price.  Should a piano not be suitable, customers simply pay the cost of the return journey.

Many people travel hundreds of miles to visit our showrooms, incurring transport and accommodation costs along the way. Our Home Trial Scheme may be especially attractive to such customers.
